Kim started her Real Estate career in Kelowna BC in 2003, following in the footsteps of her Grandmother who was the first female Realtor in the Shuswap area of BC. Prior to her start in Real Estate, she pursued a career in the service industry which helped to form her genuine enthusiasm in the area of customer service.

Kim's highly successful Real Estate career awarded her the opportunity to work for some of the most powerful and elite Developers in Western Canada, expanding her vast network of contacts and high net worth clientele. Kim is highly involved in all aspects of her business, taking immense pride in offering a personal and tailored approach to each individual client. She loves to contribute to her community and dedicates much of her efforts toward supporting various charities.

The dream of Island life drew Kim and her family to relocate from Kelowna to Qualicum Beach. She proudly calls Oceanside home and can't imagine living anywhere else! She's had the privilege of travelling many places abroad and has yet to come across a community as welcoming and friendly as Oceanside. While her family life, with her Husband Jerrad, daughter Raine and their 2 dogs and her many passion projects, keep her busy, immersing herself in nature keeps her grounded.
